Updates: COVID-19 Confirmed Case (Case #120) at a Telecom Outlet at Myanmar Plaza

Dear visitors,

Following the recent reports of a confirmed COVID-19 case at a tenant shop from Myanmar Plaza, we are sharing the latest updates on the matter as informed by the tenant.

Referring to the April 26 report from MOHS that all 142 lab-tested specimens were found NEGATIVE, the in-charge persons from the tenant shop informed us that two colleagues who worked in close contact with the case #120 and the other two were among the list that were tested negative. All those four individuals are now in 21-day quarantine at their respective townships.

In the spirit of keeping our visitors, tenants, employees safe and sound, Myanmar Plaza will also regularly continue the prevention measures such as cleaning common areas like lifts, lobbies, handrails, washrooms with disinfectants every one hour and keep up more on disinfection process around the buildings.

We wish to express our gratitude to our tenants, shoppers, regional authorities and the healthcare employees who gave us a helping hand during these challenging times.

Once again, we urge you to follow the safety procedures of wearing masks, washing hands, having only one person to go out for essential needs and above all, safe distancing to defeat the pandemic together.
